Hi, please read the guidelines before placing your order.ORDER PROCESS
• Submit an order form and wait for an order confirmation email.
• Pay the required amount. Submit a payment form. Wait for a confirmation on the masterlist within 72 hours.• Stay updated by checking BMS Twitter account or using #BMSUpdate• Once fully paid, you will receive a product condition. Submit a shipping request form.• Wait for our message regarding the shipping (SCO link or GGX / J&T booking).GENERAL
• Please place an order if you are 101% sure.
• Your patience is highly appreciated. Since this is only part time, there are tendencies we cannot respond to your messages right away. Rest assured, we will fulfill our responsibility as a seller and accommodate you.• PLEASE MANAGE YOUR EXPECTATION. For Bunjang / Yangdo finds, we cannot guarantee the actual condition of the items as we only rely on the seller's statement and details they provided. What is deemed good condition for us may not be yours. Please note that items are preloved, there is most likely evidence of old age, scratches, flaws, etc. For brand new / sealed items, there might be dents or marks from shipping. Some might have manufacturing defects for both preloved and brand new / sealed items. We should not be held liable for things we do not have control over. If you are too sensitive to flaws, please avoid transacting.• Provide true and correct details. Inform us immediately if there are any changes needed.• You will receive an order confirmation email after submitting a form. Check your spam folder as well. We will either inform you via direct message (DM) or post using #BMS
Update. Should you not receive anything from us, inform us immediately. Failure to notify us, we must not be blamed as we do not neglect our responsibility in giving updates, may it be a personal message or mass update.• Settle DP, balance, or full payment on time. Please be careful in settling your payments. Payment form link will be provided on the order confirmation email ONLY (we don't send them on dms for privacy purposes). Any excess amount is non-refundable.• Php 150 penalty will be charged for every late payment. It is your responsibility as a buyer to take note of the deadline of payment (DOP). Date & time will be provided in the order confirmation email and/or masterlist. Should you wish to cancel your order after incurring a late payment fee, we will base the cancellation fee on your updated total amount.• If no payment is made 5 days after DOP and you're unresponsive, automatically tagged as joy reserver / bogus buyer.• NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER. If you wish to cancel your order, submit a cancellation form. We will ask for 50% of your total order as a cancellation fee if no payment has been made yet. All settled payments are non-refundable. Failure to send a fee and submit a form, you will be tagged as a joy reserver / bogus buyer.• You may refer to our Masterlist for order status.Rude buyers are not welcomed. We reserve the right to refuse service to such buyers.CHINGU BUYER (CB)
• To be considered a chingu buyer, order at least 3 times within 4 months.
• Total orders under the same category OR any orders on the same day = 1 order• Accumulated amount of orders must be at least Php 5,000, excluding packaging fee and shipping fee.• Every order must be fully paid to count as 1 order.• Being a CB means exclusive promos and freebies.• Full T&C will be provided once qualified.LEADTIME, SHIPPING, AND STORAGE

• We will announce the shipping schedule on our account. It is your responsibility to be updated.• With the current situation, there may be delays. We humbly ask for your patience.• If you choose combined shipping, please input your other pending Order Code when filling up a form that requires this. This is to help you track your orders on the Masterlist.• We will send photos of product condition when received in the PH and before shipping. Submit a Shipping Request Form (SRF) within 24 hours upon receipt of the message so we can proceed to pack your order. No Shipping Request Form (SRF), no packing. We must not be blamed for any delay.• We ship items using Gogo Express (GGX - temporarily unavailable), J&T, and Shopee Checkout (SCO) only. Please note that checking out via Shopee will have a listing price from Php 15 to Php 25 (Php 75 for bulky and heavy items), depending on your order. STRICTLY NO SF COD. We do not allow buyers to handle the courier booking.

• Shipping schedule will be every Tuesday and Thursday (but could still be changed depending on our availability). STRICTLY NO RUSH SHIPPING. If you fail to checkout on Shopee or pay the shipping fee on the given deadline, you have until the next shipping schedule to have your orders included. Storage fee will apply thereafter (refer to additional requests / storage fee portion below).Tuesday sched: fully paid orders until Friday 12:00 noon and paid SF until Saturday 2:00 PM
Thursday sched: fully paid orders until Sunday 12:00 noon and paid SF until Monday 2:00 PM
• Since our time is usually constrained, SCO option will only be available until the second time of processing your order shipment. Shipping options thereafter must only be GGX/J&T.• We will only allow up to 15 days of storage if the item/s is/are not yet shipped — as a result of not submitting a Shipping Request Form (counting starts a day after the SRF distribution on Twitter dm). Thus, it will incur a storage fee thereafter. We will only ship your order after receiving the storage fee. NOTE: SCO will no longer be available as MOD• We may allow extending the storage of your order only if you inform us via Twitter dm. However, it must only be limited up to 25 days of storage after receipt of your full payment (DOP).• If your order is still with us after 45 days (counting will start a day after the SRF is provided and there is no acknowledgment from you within 14 days), the items will be considered unclaimed. Thus, we will repost it for sale.
Note: this rule will apply to all fully paid and onhand items that are scheduled for shipping
• Once dispatched, we will no longer be held liable for any lost or damaged item/s due to mishandling of your chosen courier.PACKING
We properly pack your orders using eco-friendly and/or reusable materials. Thus, we charge a packing fee that may be higher than other shops / sellers, depending on the quantity of your order. A corrugated box is also available, with an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding as we want to deliver your order in good condition. Packing fee will be added in the order confirmation.

• Refund is only applicable if items are suddenly out of stock or lost during transit from KR to PH.
• If wrong items are shipped, kindly send us an email at [email protected] with an unedited unboxing video as proof. The video must contain the waybill still attached to the packaging. No video, no return.• We will not accept any refund or return request when the customer is at fault.PRIVACY POLICY
• Your personal information such as your name, address, mobile, and email shall be provided when ordering. We will only use it for this transaction.
• As we value your privacy, we expect the same from you. We should take actions if you are proven to have used our information illegally. Please dispose of our information (such as no. & address on the waybill) properly.• Please do not contact the mobile number used in our Gcash payment method and contact us on our personal social media account.• If you have complaints regarding our service, please message us first and we will accommodate you until the issue is resolved. Should you resort to posting us with false accusations (e.g. making an exposing thread) and without contacting us first, we shall have the right to demand compensation for damage.• Failure to comply with all the conditions mentioned in 2nd - 4th bullet points under the Privacy Policy section, we will demand Php 15,000.00 as compensation for breach of privacy.• We understand that your personal information is private data. However, our shop will not hesitate to post your details when you are proven a joy reserver / bogus buyer. This is to help other sellers to avoid the hassle of transacting with you.

I sent a DM but did not receive a response, why?
- We apologize as we prioritize messages about our available products. Inquiry about sold items or anything not related to the shop's products, please expect no reply.
- Also, if there is no response from you within 24 hours, we will delete our convo.
How much is your packing fee?
- It would depend on your order. Price starts at Php 20 (standard-sized photocard).
Why is your packaging a bit expensive?
- Most of our packaging materials are eco-friendly. We hope for your understanding.
How long will it take to ship onhand orders?
- Since this is a small shop, we do mass shipping. We usually schedule our shipping if there are at least 3 orders.

Do you allow pahanap on Bunjang/Yangdo?
- Yes, we do. Please submit a pahanap form and agree to the guidelines. If we see a listing, we will give you our price. You are not obliged, but please inform us.

BUNJANG / YANGDO PAHANAP

• Inform us about a specific item you are looking for. Provide your budget, specs, condition, etc.• If we see a listing, we will give you our price. Price inclusions:

- pf & isf
• Price varies depending on the current foreign exchange (FX).• You are not obliged to buy, but please inform us.• Should you wish to cancel your pahanap, update us immediately.

BUNJANG PURCHASE ASSISTANCE

• This service option covers:
- transacting with the KR seller
- bank transfer
• Since most KR sellers are sensitive, we will only transact with them after receiving full payment + service charge.• KRW to PHP currency exchange will depend on our bank transfer service's current FX.• Service charge: Php 100 or 5% of total, whichever is higher.• If you will use our KR address, isf will be added, payable once onhand. Discounted service charge: Php 70 or 4%, whichever is higher.• If you have your own KR address, our service ends after providing you the KR to KR shipping tracking number.
